Warnung – Sammelanhörung durch sierra leonische Botschaftsdelegation

Es gibt Hinweise, dass in den nächsten Tagen, bis mindestens 28. Oktober 2021, Anhörungen zur Identitätsklärung einer sierra leonischen Botschaftsdelegation in der Zentralen Ausländerbehörde in München stattfinden sollen.

Der einzige Zweck der persönlichen Anhörung ist die Ausstellung von Reisedokumenten für die Abschiebung. Ein Reisepass für andere Zwecke kann hier nicht beantragt werden.

Wenn Sie zur Anhörung gehen, kann Folgendes geschehen:

• Die eingeladenen Personen werden von der sierra leonischen Delegation befragt, um herauszufinden, ob sie aus Sierra Leone stammen, anhand von Sprachkenntnissen, Aussprache, Dialekt, Aussehen, traditionellen Tätowierungen usw.
• Wenn die sierra leonische Delegation ein Reisedokument ausstellt, besteht die Gefahr, dass es bald zu einer Abschiebung kommt.
• Wir wissen nicht genau, wie eine solche Anhörung abläuft und was dort genau gemacht wird.

Wenn Sie nicht zur Anhörung gehen, kann Folgendes passieren:

• Sie müssen nicht an der Anhörung teilnehmen, wenn Sie ein ärztliches Attest haben.
• Sie können wegen einer Straftat angeklagt werden, wenn Sie ohne ärztliches Attest oder ohne Entschuldigung nicht zur Anhörung erscheinen.
• Sie können von der Polizei zwangsweise zur nächsten Anhörung gebracht werden.
• Sie können eine Duldung nach Paragraf 60b des Aufenthaltsgesetzes erhalten, mit der Sie nicht arbeiten dürfen.

Wenn Sie eine Einladung zu einer Anhörung erhalten, wenden Sie sich an Ihre:n Anwält:in oder gehen Sie zu einer Beratungsstelle.

Wenn Sie an einer Anhörung teilgenommen haben, erzählen Sie anderen Menschen vom Ablauf der Anhörung und nehmen Sie Kontakt mit uns auf. Auf diese Weise können wir andere Menschen darüber informieren.

Warning – Hearing by Officials of the Sierra Leonean Embassy

There are indications that a mass hearing by officials of the Sierra Leonean Embassy in Zentrale Ausländerbehörde Munich will take place on and around the 28th of October 2021.

The only purpose of the personal hearing is to issue travel documents for deportation. A passport for other purposes cannot be applied for here.

If you go to the hearing, the following may happen:

• The invited persons are questioned by the Sierra Leonean delegation in order to find out if they come from Sierra Leone, based on language ability, pronunciation, dialect, appearance, traditional tattoos etc. 
• If the Sierra Leonean delegation issues a travel document, there is a risk that a deportation will occur soon.
• We do not know exactly how such a hearing is conducted and what exactly is done there.

If you do not go to the hearing, the following may happen:

• You do not have to attend the hearing if you have a medical (Doctor’s) note.
• You may be charged for an offence if you do not attend the hearing without having a medical note or excusing yourself.
• You may be forcefully brought to the next hearing by the Police.
• You may get a toleration (Duldung) according to Paragraph 60b of the Residency Laws, whereby you are not permitted to work.

If you get an invitation to a hearing, contact your lawyer or go to a counselling center.

If you have attended a hearing, tell other people about the process of the hearing and contact us. In this way, we can inform other people about it.
